hi. my name is kaci-mai (14 years old)

Kaci- Mai was diagnosed with SYNGAP1 in 2012 (aged 6). 

I love playing on my tablet when I’m at home as it keeps me calm and chilled. I do enjoy spending time playing with my toys and play with something different everyday when I arrive home from school, mum says this also keeps me calm and settles me back into the home environment before teatime.

I love the summer months, playing outside on the garden in the nice weather with mum and dad. I also adore my holidays, spending time in the water and on the beach.

One of my absolute favourite things to do in my spare time is to watch musical theatre. I have watched Lion King, Grease & Mary Poppins to name a few.
